This gun is a Jones under lever double barrelled 16 bore. It has suffered from a broken stock which has had an amateur repair carried out which makes it serviceable.

Perrins and Son is clearly engraved on the locks with ‘Perrins & Son maker Worcester’ on the rib.

I would think that this gun was towards the ‘economy’ end of the Perrins range as it only has minimal scroll engraving on the action and the barrels would appear to be of ‘skelp’ twist rather than the more expensive Damascus construction.
